Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing CleoHR.com or interacting with the Cleo AI assistant embedded on our client websites, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SalaryX, Inc. (the "Company").
2. Description of Service
CleoHR provides an AI-powered recruiting and HR platform designed to facilitate communication between job seekers and employers. Our services include automated screening, interview scheduling, and application status updates delivered via web interface and SMS.
3. SMS and Mobile Messaging
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through the Cleo AI interface, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated text messages from SalaryX, Inc. (CleoHR) on behalf of the employer whose site you are visiting.
Consent: Your consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or employment.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the recruiting process.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Help: Text HELP to our short code or long code at any time for assistance.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number sending the messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
4. User Conduct and Content
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during your interactions with the Cleo AI assistant. You are prohibited from:
Submitting fraudulent or misleading information.
Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the AI widget.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and AI algorithms associated with CleoHR are the exclusive property of SalaryX, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalaryX, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed job opportunities or technical delays in SMS delivery.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including a breach of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
