When a candidate is verified through CleoHR, they get a Work Passport they own and keep — free. Their verified identity and their work history travel with them, so a rehire, a seasonal return or a transfer starts from a record rather than from a blank form. The checks each employer needs still run for that employer.

FCRA disclosures, biometric consent, adverse-action steps and I-9 retention run inside the flow, so a busy manager can’t skip a step. As with any compliance program, have your counsel confirm requirements for your roles and states.

Browsing Passports and your employer account are free. You pay $199 when you confirm a hire. Background checks, drug tests and I-9 / E-Verify are optional add-ons, billed when they run. The Hiring Event Platform is priced to your event.
