Open the doors — build the pipeline of operators who need verified hiring and hand off qualified opportunities.

As an early BDR you will define how we reach frontline operators and generate the pipeline that powers the whole go-to-market motion.

What you’ll do

  • Prospect and qualify multi-location frontline operators
  • Run thoughtful outbound across email, phone and social
  • Book and prep meetings for our account executives
  • Test messaging and share what lands with the team

What we’re looking for

  • 1+ years in an SDR/BDR or comparable outbound role
  • Persistent, organized and genuinely curious
  • Clear, concise written communication
  • Excited to build the playbook, not just run it
