Account Executive — Frontline / QSR

Bring verified hiring to multi-unit restaurant and frontline operators — and close the deals that fund the mission.

You will own the full sales cycle with multi-location operators who live and die by how fast they can staff a shift. It is a big, underserved market and a genuinely easy story to tell.

What you’ll do

  • Run the full cycle from prospect to close with frontline and QSR operators
  • Build relationships with franchise groups and multi-unit decision-makers
  • Translate hiring pain into a clear, verified-hiring solution
  • Partner with product to feed the roadmap from what you hear in the field

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales, ideally SaaS or HR tech
  • A track record of hitting and beating quota
  • Comfortable selling to operators, not just HR
  • Self-directed and thrive in an early-stage team
