You will be our first dedicated growth hire, responsible for finding, testing and scaling the channels that bring frontline operators to CleoHR.
What you’ll do
- Plan and run experiments across paid, content, lifecycle and SEO
- Own the funnel from first touch to qualified pipeline
- Build the reporting that tells us what is actually working
- Partner with sales to sharpen positioning and messaging
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in growth or demand-gen marketing, ideally B2B SaaS
- Equally comfortable with data and with creative
- A bias for running experiments and iterating fast
- Scrappy and happy owning things end-to-end
