Get new operators live fast and keep them hiring — you are the reason customers stay and expand.

You will own the moment a new operator goes from signed to hiring, then keep them successful across every location. Onboarding is a competitive advantage and it is yours to build.

What you’ll do

  • Own onboarding so new operators are live and hiring quickly
  • Build the playbooks, templates and tooling that make success repeatable
  • Drive adoption, retention and expansion across accounts
  • Be the voice of the customer back into product and engineering

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years in customer success, onboarding or account management
  • Experience with operational or frontline customers is a plus
  • Calm, organized and great at proactive communication
  • Comfortable owning outcomes with limited process
