What you’ll do

• Advise on FCRA, I-9 / E-Verify, ban-the-box and state-by-state screening rules
• Review product flows and disclosures for compliance
• Help shape defensible, audit-ready data and records practices
• Keep us current as regulations change

What we’re looking for

• JD and licensed to practice in the US
• Background in employment, screening or privacy law
• Able to give practical, product-minded guidance
• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup context
