What you’ll do
- Advise on FCRA, I-9 / E-Verify, ban-the-box and state-by-state screening rules
- Review product flows and disclosures for compliance
- Help shape defensible, audit-ready data and records practices
- Keep us current as regulations change
What we’re looking for
- JD and licensed to practice in the US
- Background in employment, screening or privacy law
- Able to give practical, product-minded guidance
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup context
